3. NOT MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

3.1 Not Medical, Therapeutic, or Clinical Treatment

RESTORE Recovery Coaching Services are educational and supportive in nature and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our Services do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, or clinical counseling. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, mental health disorders, or substance use disorders.

3.2 No Professional-Client Relationship

While our coaches may have professional backgrounds in related fields, the Services provided under these Terms do not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship. Our coaches provide support, education, and guidance but do not replace the care of licensed healthcare providers.

3.3 Not Emergency Services

Our Services are not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or go to your nearest emergency room.

4. PROGRAM TERMS AND PAYMENT

All fees are stated in US Dollars and are due according to the payment schedule outlined for your selected program. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect programs already purchased.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program.

4.4 Refund Policy

For our 3 month ‘Foundation’ program and our 6 month ‘Transform’ program, if you are unsatisfied with our Services within the first thirty (30) days after initial purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing. Refunds will be prorated based on services already rendered and resources already provided.
  • Beyond 30 Days: After thirty days from purchase, refunds are provided at our discretion and may be issued as prorated credits toward future services.
  • Termination for Cause: If we terminate your participation for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
